As a result of strike action which took place at the end of 2022, we have identified a handful of international parcels which have been stuck in the system since December 6th. We are constantly monitoring the progress of these items and have launched official investigations into their delays. Rest assured we are doing all we can to ensure these items arrive safely and your patience is appreciated.

As of January 13th we have suspended all international shipments due to a cyber attack at Royal Mail which has caused them to withdraw international service. We sincerely apologise for this delay and hope to return services as soon as possible.
