When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped out once or twice a week, typically at the start and end of the week! Should any issues occur which may mean our processing is delayed information will be posted to our Instagram @pinku.kult.

How long will it take to arrive?

Large items within the UK are shipped by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked and can take between 3-5 business days to arrive once they have left us. Smaller items are shipped by Royal Mail First Class and may take 3-5 business days to arrive and do not come with a tracking number.

International orders are shipped by Royal Mail International and shipment times can vary depending on your location. Items are sent both tracked and insured and typically arrive within 21 business days.

My order has shipped but it hasn't arrived!

Don't panic! Should this happen to you please reach out to use with your full name, order number and tracking information to hello@pinkukult.com and we will do our best to find a solution!

Please note all delivery issues must be communicated to us within 28 days of the shipment leaving us. We cannot offer assistance after this time has passed.

Can I refund or exchange my item?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please get in touch with us at hello@pinkukult.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note we will not cover the cost of delivery for any returns.

I'm based in Germany, why don't you ship there?

Germany recently passed the The German Packaging Act (VerpackG) requiring businesses to register for a LUCID number for parcels arriving in the country. Unfortunately our commerce to Germany is too low to warrant the costs required for the LUCID registration and without one we risk our parcels being rejected and sent back to us.

We are actively looking at ways to resolve this issue and hope to bring back shipping to Germany in the near future.

I'm based in the EU and my order was taxed on arrival, how come?

Currently EU countries require all imports over €22 to be taxed upon arrival. At this point in time we are not large enough to be eligible for an IOSS number and cannot collect taxes at checkout.

Please note all international orders may be subject to VAT upon arrival to their destination and we cannot help with this nor can we defer costs.

I purchased an item with your design from [store name], can I return it?

Any items purchased from stores which have licenced designs from us cannot be returned to us nor can we help with any issues. Should you encounter a problem, please return to the store were the item was purchased.

Why do your items in [store name] differ to what is available on your site?

Several stores do carry our designs via licencing, however it is the store in questions decision in regards to what printing method and stock is stock is used and this is typically reflected in pricing.

Stores currently licenced to carry our designs are; Hot Topic (US), Spencer's (US) and HMV (UK).

Can I get your artwork tattooed?

Currently we would prefer if artwork wasn't taken without permission or reproduced in any manner!  

Are you looking for promoters or brand ambassadors?

We really appreciate people reaching out to promote our brand! Calls for promoters are made via our social media and unless we are actively searching we do not take on promoters or ambassadors.
