Due to the global pandemic there are on going delays in the global shipping network and at this time we cannot give guaranteed delivery dates, especially in regards to international orders. We please ask for your patience during this difficult time. Once an item has left us it is out of hands and we cannot guarantee when it may arrive. Unfortunately the pandemic has caused severe delays with many delivery services being overloaded, especially with international parcels.

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product must be unopened

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

If the item you receive is incorrect or damaged please contact us immediately. For damaged items please contact us at with an attached image of the item and any relevant packaging.

We cannot accept returns on any cosmetic products or items intended to be worn in piercings.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first.

Returns can be mailed to: Pinku Kult, 53 Beaver Avenue, Sheffield, S13 9QH, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

Items are shipped once per week.

Items shipped within the UK will take 5-7 days to arrive.

Items shipped internationally may vary and we estimate they may take 14-28 days to arrive depending on location.

If you require an expedited shipping service please contact us BEFORE placing your order.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or parcels left unclaimed being returned to us and we ask that you double check all information is correct before placing your order. It is vital you provide us with up to date contact information so that we can reach out should any issues occur. If there are any issues with your order you must inform us within 28 DAYS from the date of shipment. After this date we are no longer able to help with tracking or shipping issues.

We are not responsible for any custom charges or import tax that your parcel may incur.
